Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
- "zs111," "we," "us," "our," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the zs111 platform, accessible at zs111.org, including all associated services, products, and digital properties.
- "Platform" means the zs111 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all gaming and betting services made available through zs111.org.
- "Player," "User," "you," or "your" means any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the zs111 Platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the registered player account created by an eligible user on the zs111 Platform.
- "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's zs111 Account, inclusive of any bonus funds subject to applicable wagering conditions.
- "Services" includes all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, crash games, virtual sports, horse racing, and any other gaming or entertainment features available on zs111.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive transactional currency of the zs111 Platform.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by zs111 in accordance with its compliance obligations.
Eligibility & Age Verification
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on zs111, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of their account:
- Be a minimum of 21 years of age. zs111 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and services without exception.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contractual agreement under applicable law.
- Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under local law.
- Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee, contractor, or director of zs111 or any of its affiliated entities.
- Not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from zs111 or any affiliated gaming platform during a period when such exclusion is still active.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number that you personally own and control.
zs111 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion that eligibility criteria are not being met. Players may be required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, or other documentation as reasonably requested by zs111. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure, with potential forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account.
If zs111 discovers at any time that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements — including the 21+ age requirement — zs111 shall be entitled to immediately suspend or close the account, void all pending and historical bets placed from the point of eligibility breach, and withhold or recover any funds credited to the account as a result of ineligible play.
Account Registration & Security
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on the zs111 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any balances or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
During registration, Players are required to provide:
- A valid Pakistani mobile number that is currently active, registered in your name, and accessible for SMS verification.
- A secure, unique password of your choosing. zs111 strongly recommends using a password of at least 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Confirmation that you meet all eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement, and that you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zs111 login credentials. zs111 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify zs111 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
zs111 may, at its sole discretion, refuse account registration applications or close existing accounts where it determines that eligibility criteria are not satisfied, that fraudulent information has been provided, or that registration is inconsistent with the Company's responsible gaming commitments.
Deposits & Payment Methods
zs111 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the Platform are conducted in PKR without any currency conversion requirement. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposit transactions:

zs111 accepts deposits only from payment instruments that are owned and registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made on behalf of a Player using a payment method registered to another person — are strictly prohibited. Detection of third-party deposits may result in account suspension and full investigation prior to any withdrawal being processed.
zs111 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. Players will be informed of material changes to available payment options through site communications or direct notification.
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawals of funds from their zs111 Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and that has previously been used for a deposit to the account, unless otherwise approved by zs111 in writing.
Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:
- JazzCash and EasyPaisa: 5 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances. Subject to mobile wallet provider processing times.
- HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank: Same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 PKT. Next business day for requests submitted after 18:00 PKT or on public holidays.
- Cryptocurrency: 30 minutes to 4 hours, subject to network congestion and blockchain confirmation requirements.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, zs111 may require the Player to complete or update KYC verification. Players who have not previously completed identity verification should ensure that all required documentation is submitted and approved in advance of initiating withdrawal requests, to avoid processing delays. Documentation that may be required includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.
zs111 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard PKR withdrawals to the above-listed Pakistani payment methods. However, third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers — including cryptocurrency network fees — are outside zs111's control and may be applied by those providers.
Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw funds subject to unsatisfied bonus conditions will result in the automatic forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds before the withdrawal is processed.
Bonuses & Promotions
zs111 operates a range of promotional offers for both new and existing Players. All bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion as published on the Platform at the time the offer is presented.
General Bonus Conditions:
- All bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic, professional, or coordinated exploitation of bonuses — including bonus hunting, matched betting using zs111 offers, or abuse of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.
- Wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not converted to real funds within this validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
- Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
- zs111 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to wagering calculations. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
- Each promotional offer is available to eligible Players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
- zs111 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players wherever reasonably practicable.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on the zs111 Platform are powered by certified third-party software providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness by internationally recognised testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the long-term theoretical return of each game.
The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on zs111:
- Once a bet, spin, or hand has been confirmed and initiated by the Player, it may not be cancelled or reversed.
- Game results are final as displayed on the platform. In the event of a display error or technical malfunction, zs111 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet.
- In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game software's logic. If the disconnection prevents resolution, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits may be rejected or adjusted by the system.
- zs111 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits or maximum win limits on specific Players or games at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
The use of any automated systems, bots, scripts, or software designed to generate bets, interact with game software, or exploit game mechanics in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all funds.
Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply specifically to sports betting activity on zs111, including cricket, football, UFC, horse racing, and all other sports markets:
- Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by zs111 at the odds displayed at the time of placement. zs111 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
- Odds Errors: In the event that manifestly incorrect odds are published due to human error or technical fault, zs111 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
- Event Postponement: If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will generally stand. If the event is postponed by more than 48 hours or cancelled entirely, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a brief validation delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. zs111 reserves the right to void in-play bets where it determines that the bet was placed based on knowledge of an event outcome that had already been determined at the time of placement.
- Maximum Winnings: Maximum winnings per single bet and per settlement period may be capped. Specific limits are published within the sports betting section of the Platform.
- Cricket Betting: All Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20, ODI, and Test match betting is governed by the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official for markets not specifically excluded from such determinations.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are expressly prohibited on the zs111 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing access to your account by any person under 21 years of age.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the zs111 Platform.
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Employing automated software, bots, exploits, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
- Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.
- Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive gaming format.
- Engaging in match-fixing or using inside information not publicly available at the time of bet placement in sports betting markets.
- Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the zs111 Platform's underlying software, code, or data infrastructure.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening zs111 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
- Attempting to make a withdrawal to a payment method other than those previously used for deposit, without prior authorisation from zs111.
Account Suspension & Closure
zs111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where circumstances reasonably require immediate action:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity in connection with the account.
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Detection of duplicate account registrations.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require restriction or closure.
- A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, zs111 will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Player. Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds and wagering requirement-locked funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to zs111 or amounts subject to forfeiture under the specific breach.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting zs111 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC verification.
Responsible Gaming
zs111 maintains a strict 21+ age policy across all services. All registered Players are required to confirm their age at registration, and age verification may be conducted at any time. Players who cannot confirm their age will have their accounts restricted pending verification.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players through the Account Settings section of the zs111 Platform:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits to control the maximum amount you can deposit within each period.
- Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on net losses. Once the limit is reached, further gaming activity is paused for the remainder of the period.
- Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Configure alerts at regular intervals to remind you of how long you have been playing.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion means no marketing contact and no account access for the specified duration.

Intellectual Property
All content on the zs111 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game imagery, software, databases, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of zs111 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zs111 Platform solely for the purposes of personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
- Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
- Use the zs111 brand, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without prior written authorisation.
- Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data or content from the Platform using automated tools.
Any unauthorised use of zs111's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs111 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Technical failures, server outages, connectivity issues, or service interruptions beyond zs111's reasonable control, including those attributable to third-party payment processors, game software providers, or telecommunications network failures in Pakistan.
- Loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Any decisions made by a Player based on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
zs111's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their zs111 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits zs111's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Privacy & Data Processing
zs111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available in full at /privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, Players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment information — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring. zs111 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Communications from zs111 — including promotional offers, bonus notifications, and responsible gaming alerts — are sent to your registered mobile number or via on-platform notification. Players may opt out of marketing communications at any time through account settings. Operational communications necessary for account management and legal compliance cannot be opted out of while an account is active.
Amendments to These Terms
zs111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — meaning changes that materially affect Players' rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the service — will be communicated to Players via on-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates to reflect changes in zs111's products that do not alter Player rights, may be made with immediate effect and without prior notice.
Your continued use of the zs111 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always accessible at zs111.org/terms-conditions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which zs111 is licensed and operated.
zs111 operates under international gaming compliance standards. The Platform is designed to be accessible to Pakistani players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and other cities across Pakistan, and all PKR-denominated transactions are processed through compliant financial channels.
Any dispute arising from your use of the zs111 Platform should first be directed to zs111's customer support team for resolution. zs111 commits to responding to formal disputes within 5 business days and to working in good faith to reach a fair resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, Players may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution process applicable under zs111's operating licence.
